DEALER APPLICATION & CONTRACT

Applications for Dealers are currently OPEN for the March 22 and 23, 2025 show. Tables are $125 per table for both days. 8 FOOT TABLES ARE PROVIDED! Vendors must bring their own chairs. Black tablecloths provided too.

Each exhibiting dealer must agree to the Dealer Contract and the Terms and Conditions both found below at the end of the application. READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The undersigned hereby releases Crossroads Cards and Memorabilia Show, its officers, workers, volunteers, and Shops at South Town, from any liability for loss, damage or destruction of merchandise or property of any sort, as well as any liability for personal injury. Your signature constitutes acceptance of all show rules, policies and procedures as found in the Terms and Conditions on this website. If you are under 18, an adult must sign for you.

If you are accepted into the show, payments must be made by January 27, 2025 or you forfeit your place in the show as a Dealer. Payment methods for Dealers are Paypal or a Venmo request sent by the Organizer. Paypal payments can be made via an invoice sent by the Organizer by email.
